She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Monroe McCulley, Sr. and Clara Belle Windsor; her siblings, Danny McCulley, Michael McCulley, Nancy Nicely and Becky Ramsey; her aunts, Phyllis McCulley and Catherine Windsor; and her uncle Odell McCulley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria "Vicky" Simmons Thompson (Tommy) of Lynchburg and Tonja Simmons Boydstun (Tim White) of Chester; her siblings, Karen Bowles of Covington, Jasper McCulley, Jr. of Clifton Forge and Eddie McCulley of Covington; her grandsons, Cody Boydstun, Aedan Thompson and Sean Thompson; and her partner's daughters, Lisa Davenport and Terry Cool. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Nicely Funeral Home (405 Alleghany St, Clifton Forge, VA 24422).
