He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Edward and Violet Mays Price; his wife Ruth Burdette Price; and his siblings, Charles Price, Ralph Price and Carolyn Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Kathryn Lee (Bob) of Jacksonville Beach, FL., Michele Lynette Wilson of Port Orange, Marie Ansonja Young (Allen) of Roanoke and David Preston Price, Jr. of Covington; and his grandchildren, T. J. Ramos, Sean O'Conner, Kristin O'Conner, Ryan Lee of Rayanne Lee, J. P and Wilson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and other family members.
