He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Martin and Eva Webb Martin; the mother of his children Minnie Curry Martin; his children, Ricky Martin and Janie Martin Arrant; his son-in-law Jacob; and his brother Kenneth Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Stickler Martin of Lewisburg, WV; his sons, Donnie Martin Jr. (Debbie) of Hot Springs and David Charles Martin (April) of Covington; his grandparents, Daniel Martin (Tina), Vicky Lawson (Daniel), Heather Martin, Skyler Martin, Evan Martin, Kasandra Martin, Kaylynn Martin, Zane Martin and Riley Martin; his brother Jobi Martin of Georgia; and his daughter-in-law Tami Martin of Washington. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers that memorial donations in Mr. Martin's name be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
