She was predeceased by: her husband John G. McFarland; her parents, Edward Jonathan Neal and Mary Baldwin Neal; her son Alan McFarland; her siblings, Jay Neal and Delsie Michael; and her daughter-in-law Nancy A. McFarland.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenny McFarland (Sharon) and Mike McFarland; her grandchildren, Mary Beth Jerman (Calvin), Jenna McFarland and Morgan McFarland; and her great grandchildren, Colton Malone, Kaylee Malone, Gracyn Proffitt, Braylen McFarland and Cole Proffitt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
