He is survived by: his significant other Olivia Pollard of Covington; his children, Carita Hughes of Covington, Ileah "Tay" Hughes of Covington and Everett "Tweedy" Hughes of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Jacorey Hughes, Keyon Hughes, Elijah Jefferies, Kewaun Whitaker, Keshaun Hughes, Kahlee Hughes and Taydon Hughes; his great grandchildren, Kimora Moye, Kyrie Hughes and Layla Hughes; his siblings, Deloris Rice of Washington, D. C., Daphne Hughes of Roanoke, Kenny Rice of Baltimore, MD, Kevin Rice of Washington, D. C., Gregory Rice (Deborah) of Covington and Rodney Brown of Clifton Forge; his nephew Eric Robinson; and his close friends, Scott "Rambo" Ramsey and Alvin Williams.
