She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Whiting, Sr. and Carrie Caldwell Whiting; her husband Albert Ray Bush; her daughters, Deborah Stinnett and Dreama Carson; her siblings, Carol Whiting, James L. Whiting, Jr., Lawrence "Gene" Whiting and Frederick Whiting; her grandchildren, Sherri Hulcher, Alan Humphries and Stacey Timaro; and her great grandchild Joey Harmon.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Bush, Dennis Bush, Sharon Persinger (Charles, Sr.) of Covington, Regina Hinkle of Covington and Cheryl Andrews of Woodstock; and her siblings, Garland Whiting of Covington and Gwendolyn Carwhile of Lynchburg. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 7:00 PM.
