He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Clarence Bartley and Juanita Ayers Bartley; and his brother Virgil Clarence Bartley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Fuller Bartley of Covington; his children, Alania Lowman (Jason) of Clifton Forge and Travis Bartley (Jenn) of Pembroke; his siblings, Priscilla Downer (Richard) of Covington, Lisa Shinault (Donnie) of Covington and Chuck Bartley (Jean) of Covington; his grandchildren, Keely, Kellen, Kiera, Hannah, Elyn and Sophia; and his caregiver Gary Whitmer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
