He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Jacob Meadows and Myrtle May Meadows; his siblings, Paul Meadows, Edward Meadows and Irene "Toots" Knighton; his sons-in-law, Mike Ray and John Bradley; and his great grandchild Carter Wickline.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hayslett Meadows; and his daughters, Rhonda M. Ray of Chesterfield, Teresa M. Lee (Richard) of Covington, Laura M. Bradley of Covington, Amy R. Meadows of Covington and Donna M. Sarian (Mark) of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren;; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Chapel of Loving Funeral Home (350 N Maple Ave, Covington, VA 24426). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
