She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Jordan Smith and Roy E. "Pape" Fourquean; her husband Ronald Allen, Sr.; her children, Sherry Allen and Stevie Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Allen, Linda Wyatt, Donald Lee Allen, Ricky Allen and Climmie Lee Wyatt.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Caroll Jackson of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Michael (L. C.), Delmar, Shaneitra, Markiel, Justin and Ronald; her great grandchildren, Michael, Omari, Ryland, Aubrey, Theodore, Amina and Ziylan; her sisters, Brenda Mae Jackson and Jesse Thorton; her goddaughters, Caprice Reynolds and Danielle Helton; her close friends, Elizabeth Hunter and Linda Cook; Clarice Halsey.
The family suggest that memorial contributions be made to Pine Street Baptist Church Hospitality Ministry in lieu of flowers.
