She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur C. Lipes; her parents, Arthur Raymond Long and Sarah Victoria Young Long; and her siblings, Raymond, Owen, Ernest and Dorothy May.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Rector (Joe) of Leesville and Linda Black (Ronnie) of Covington; her granddaughter Christina Clark; her great grandchild Brandon Clark of Hardy; her grandson Will Rector (Kathryn) of Gilbert; her nephew Ray Lipes; her caregivers, Mable Mann, Libby Weikle, Connie Rose, Wanda Jamison and Anna Brown; Philip Hoover of Clifton Forge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to South Covington United Methodist Church, 1911 S. Kadel Avenue, Covington VA 24426.
