She was predeceased by: her parents, John J., II and Helen Halley Collins; and her brother John J. Collins, III. She is survived by: her brother James J. Collins (S. C.) of Goose; her nieces, Arlene Ford, Dawn Collins, Jennifer Hilty and Julianne Collins; and her nephew Arthur Collins.
