We announce the death of Gwendolyn Wolfe of Covington, Virginia, who passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 76. Gwendolyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Woodson Lowe; her husband Larry Junior "Woofie" Wolfe; her granddaughter Gracie Ann Spinks; and her siblings, Roy Lowe, Linda Hosey and Betty Fridley.
She is survived by: her daughter Missy Wolfe (Robert Ryder) of Daleville; her granddaughters, Miranda Smithers of Roanoke, Kinley Spinks of Daleville and Erica Spinks of Daleville; her siblings, David Lowe (Norma) of Clifton Forge and Susie Richmond (Dale) of Longdale; her sisters-in-law, Sue Wolfe of Covington and Ruby Simmons of Covington; and her close friends, Pat "Punk" Tabor of Covington and Lori Pullin of Covington. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
