It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Tinsley of Covington, Virginia, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard A. Tinsley and Clennie Bell Kitt Tinsley. He is survived by : his wife Rosetta Bowen Tinsley; his children, Michelle Smith (Robert) and Craig Bowen (Lacassa Pritt); his daughter-in-law Tryna Bowen of Covington; his grandchildren, Koty Bowen, Kameryn Bowen (Kaitlyn Trimble), Ryland Smith (Cheyanne Tucker), Kassy Bowen (Dustin Via), Ely Smith (Faith Smith), Logan Smith and Remington Smith; and his siblings, Vicky Broughman (Richard Tingler) of Low Moor, Roger Tinsley of Low Moor and Ricky Tinsley (Teresa) of Low Moor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
