He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paulmer and Rosetta Ford Plott; and his sisters, Rebecca Hepler and Bonnie Jones. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Plott; his daughters, Charlene Snead (Brett) and Anna Tucker (Chris); his grandchildren, Nicole-BooBoo Graham (Calvin), Hope Page, Christian Tucker, Alyson Gillenwater, Eva Tucker and Kassidy Gillenwater; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Mackenzie, Malachi and Jensen; and his siblings, Carol Huggard and William Plott.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Faith Baptist Church, 311 Jackson Drive, Covington, Virginia in Jim's honor.
