He is survived by: his wife Nadine Shue Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Shue (Debbie) of Charlotte, NC and Ruth McCarty (Jimmy) of Richmond. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; five great nephews; one great-great niece; and two great-great nephews.
