He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur E. O'Conner and Doris Temple Shaner O'Conner; and his siblings, Charles O'Conner (Marie), Marvin O'Conner (Betty), Bobby O'Conner, Billy O'Conner, James O'Conner, Virginia Gormus (Paul), Phyllis Young and Dreama Musso (Steve).
He is survived by: his wife Lois Linda Kershner O'Conner; his children, Scott K. O'Conner (Kerensa) of Covington and Cammie L. Reynolds Charles (Mark) of Covington; his grandchildren, Halley O'Conner, Amber Nicely, Caleb Nicely, Dustin Ty Reynolds (Michaela Tucker), Colby Dillon Reynolds, Courtney Charles Walton (Jake) and Bethany Charles Bratton (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Oakley Cartwright, Parker Cartwright, Ava Bratton, Alexis Burdette, Kendall Tucker and Nathaniel Tucker; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy O'Conner of Richmond and James Young of Hopewell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
