Lowe of Covington, Jeffery M. Lowe (Brenda) of Covington, John W. Ralsten of Dayton, OH and Jennifer V. Ralsten of Richmond; her grandchildren, Caleb Lowe of Harrisonburg, Kara A. McCallister (Nathan) and Chase Bratton of Mooresville, NC; and her siblings, Tim Boggs of Alvon, WV, Marilyn B. Tokarski (Chet) of Phoenix, MD and Debra M. Kemp (Tom) of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
