Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 3:00 PM.
The family asks that memorial contributions in Ms. Hazen's name be sent to First Christian Church, 231 E. Fudge Street, Covington, VA 24426.
