He was predeceased by : his father Marion "Dick" Bennett; and his grandparents, Robert, Nellie Bennett, Howard and Luevena Simmons.

He is survived by : his ex Mary Ann his mother Clara Bennett; his siblings, Kyle and Kelly Bennett Croy of Ronceverte, WV; his daughter Margaret Bennett; and his granddaughters, Katherine Grace and Inara Rhiannon. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
