He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Webb Carper; his children, Jeffrey Paxton (Crystal) of Covington, Sam, Chevy Carper of Gloucester, VA, Scott Carper, Shannon of Covington and Lynette Huffman of Covington; his son-in-law Lonnie Montgomery; his grandchildren, Bradley Paxton (Sierra), Sydney Fridley (Trevor), Joshua Sheppard (Samantha), Kassie Huffman, Kinlee Huffman, Madelyn Carper, Garrett Carper, River Carper and Berkley Carper; his siblings, Charles Frederick Carper of Covington and Rosemary C. Davis of Richmond; and his caregiver Suzanne Carper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews including special niece.
