He is survived by: his wife Susan Kay Porter of Clifton Forge; his children, Melinda Kay Porter (David Ferris) of Covington, Danny Porter of Low Moor and Michael Porter of Harrisonburg; his sister Theresa Porter of Low Moor; his nephews, Ricky Dudley of Covington and Kasey Dudley of Roanoke; his pet Izzy Marie; and his close friend Rockingham Counties.
