Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil M. Burks and Eveline Oyler Burks. She is survived by: her husband Jack Keyser; her stepdaughter Amanda Frame (James) of Covington; her granddaughter Alissa J. Frame of Harrisonburg; her sister Shelia B. Bryan (Bruce) of Covington; her siblings-in-law, Teresa Taylor (Larry) and Kyle Keyser; and her pet Jackson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Chapel of Loving Funeral Home (350 N Maple Ave, Covington, VA 24426). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
