He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Crawford and Alice Craft Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Hall Crawford; his son Steven R. Crawford (Kimmi) of Covington; his grandchildren, Joseph A. Crawford (Jennie) of Fincastle and Amanda Hite (Kris) of Blacksburg; and his great grandchildren, Dax, Ledger Crawford, Atlas and Bennett Hite.
Interment will be at Alleghany Memorial Park with the Curtis A. Smith Post 1033 Veterans of Foreign Wars holding Military Rites, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in his memory, to Edgemont Presbyterian Church, 2306 South Church Avenue, Covington, VA 24426.
