She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Raymond Pullen and Melvina Carter Pullen. She is survived by: her husband Eugene O. Phillips; her daughters, Debra Buckner (Darin, Sr.) of Covington and Denise Ortiz of Lake City, Florida; her grandchildren, Darin Buckner, Jr. (McKenzie Allgood), Lindsey Mancini (Kenneth), Elizabeth Gerlach (Tim), Carrie Davis (Gabrial Alejandro Enjamio) and Carlos Ortiz; her great grandchild Kennedy Gerlach; and her caregivers, Wanda "Sis" Fridley and Meg Hicks.
