He is survived by: his sons, Scott Looney (Jennifer Shelton) of Etowah, TN and David Looney (Denise) of Gladewater, TX; his sister Diane Brown (Frederick) of Sweet Chalybeate, VA; his grandchildren, Mya, Daniel Looney, Faith and Tyler Winterton; and his great grandchildren, Jemma Looney, Luke Coates and Kinley Winterton.

Little did I know when I bought her, I got, as he said, “two for one.” We have maintained our friendship over the years through visits and regular phone calls. He always loved hearing my stories about how wonderful Cheyenne was and the challenge Sedona could be who looks exactly like the stud, Chico. I just sent him a painting of Cheyenne for his birthday.
