With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Fridley of Covington, Virginia, who passed away on August 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elma Fridley and James Fridley; his wife Dessie Campbell Fridley; and his siblings, Sebert, Olanto Fridley, Frances Bowers and Lorean Tucker.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Thompson of Winchester; his stepson Willie Mosely of Ohio; his sister Loralee Wood of Covington; and his nieces, Wanda Martin and Sheila Hobbs. He is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
