Though Mary Beth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank O'Neil and Mary Hardy O'Neil; and her sister Jan Hardy O'Neil. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Smith Mundy (Chris) of Covington and Katie O'Neil Smith of Covington; her grandchildren, Kierstin Paige Mundy and Jayden Christopher Mundy; her sister Margaret O'Neil Crawford (Jeff); and her nephews, Lucas William Crawford (Ashley) and Garrett O'Neil Crawford.
