She was predeceased by: her husband William F. O'Neil; her parents, John Harvey Hardy and Norma Gertrude Golden Hardy; her daughter Jan Hardy O'Neil; and her siblings, Jack Elbert Hardy, Lester Hardy, Odell Hardy (Charles J. Hardy) and Lela Hardy Robinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Beth Moody of Covington and Meg O'Neil Crawford (Jeff) of Covington; her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith Mundy (Chris), Katie O'Neil Smith, Lucas Crawford and Garrett Crawford; her great grandchild Jayden Mundy; and her close friend Charati Sizemore.
