He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lewis Callaham of Covington, Virginia.; his children, Joshua Michael Humphries (Ashley Lockhart) of Richmond, Virginia and Brooke Humphries of San Diego, California; his brothers, Mark Lewis Humphries (Bonnie) of Covington and John Edward Humphries (Leslie) of Kingsport, Tennessee; his former wife Teresa Humphries Stevens (Nate) of Daleville, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Jon Patrick Humphries, Megan Humphries Morgan, Staley Humphries and Stella Humphries.
