He was predeceased by: his parent Carroll Eugene "Gene" Humphries. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lewis Callaham of Covington, Virginia.; his children, Joshua Michael Humphries (Ashley Lockhart) of Richmond, Virginia and Brooke Humphries of San Diego, California; his brothers, Mark Lewis Humphries (Bonnie) of Covington and John Edward Humphries (Leslie) of Kingsport, Tennessee; his former wife Teresa Humphries Stevens (Nate) of Daleville, Virginia; and his siblings' children, Jon Patrick Humphries, Megan Humphries Morgan, Staley Humphries and Stella Humphries.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Valley Church (4905 Rich Patch Rd, Covington, VA 24426). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
