He is survived by: his wife Tammy Paitsel; his daughter Tiffany Workman (Jeremy) of Covington; his grandchildren, Sierra Proffitt, Karson Workman, Brooklyn Workman and Austin Workman; his sister Dreama Sue "Susie" Swink; his mother-in-law Lana Carroll; his siblings-in-law, Greg Carroll (Kathleen Bates), Rhonda Paitsel and Barbara Paitsel; his nephews, Scott Paitsel (Natasha), Adam Swink (Marisa), Chad Paitsel (Courtney), Brian Paitsel and Justin Paitsel; his great-nephews, Brantley, Ryan and Henry; his great-niece Kelsey; his close friend Ricky Poague; his children, Candace Hoke, Kala Tucker, Sabrina Boggs, Heidi Altizer and Leila Tacy; Marshall, Donna Fox, Dickey, Diane Lockhart, Amanda and Destin Holt.
