With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ollie Paxton of Covington, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 7, 2026 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Leigh Paxton. He is survived by: his mother Karin Ann Paxton Persinger of Franklin County; his children, Daykota Pritt of Covington, Tristan Paxton of Richmond and Makayla Paxton; his siblings, Anna Caldwell (Chris Dudley) of Radford and Justin Paxton of Chicago; his grandchildren, Mayzleigh, Remington, Lainey and Finley; and his cousins, Renee Harden and Owen Rose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Little Big Dog Rescue, PO 283, Riner, VA 24149.
