He is survived by: his friend Jerry Paitsel; his wife JoAnne Honts; his children, Tammy Honts of Catlettsburg, KY and Rob Honts (Phaedra) of Covington; his grandchildren, Lexi Sparks (Landon) of Eagle Rock and Trey Honts of Covington; his great grandchild Layney Sparks of Eagle Rock; his brothers, Eddie Honts (Gayle) of Roanoke and Floyd Honts, Jr. (Emily) of Hilton Head, SC.; and his siblings-in-law, Jerrie Williams (Jon) of Woodbridge, Donnie Simpson (Beverly) of Covington, Bobby Simpson (Anita) of Carthage, NC and Glen Ray Simpson (Wanda) of Clifton Forge.
