We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2023, at the age of 93, Robert Edward Loving of Covington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Walker Loving and Corina Blanche Evans Loving. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Clarkson Loving; his daughter Mary Carol Loving Persinger (Jeffrey Scott Persinger); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Walker Persinger and Rachael Daria Persinger.

The family suggests that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Clifton Forge Shrine Club (in order to aid in the care of crippled or burned children) 2811 Douthat Road, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
