She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Palmer and Emma Perkins; her former husband Paul A. Nicely; her husband Bobby Lindsey; and her pet Rusty.
She is survived by: her son Clark Adrian Palmer (Kayla Fauber) of Longdale; her grandchild Jordan McNeil of Fairfield; her siblings, Samuel "Denny" Palmer (Missy) of Morgantown, KY and Drucilla Shrewsbury (Clark) of Troutville; and her siblings-in-law, Dorthy Jane Nicely of Buena Vista, Dale Nicely of Goshen and Brandon Nicely of Longdale. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
