She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse L. Persinger and Helen Clark Persinger; her former husband Raymond E. "Bud" Dobson; her husband Gene Bartley; her brothers, Norman Persinger and Donnie Ray Persinger; and her niece Wendy Persinger.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Martin (Donny) of Falling Spring, Eddie Dobson (Janet) of Falling Spring and Jeff Dobson (Donna) of Falling Spring; her stepsons, Mike S. Bartley of Covington, Greg Bartley (Tracy) of Falling Spring and Kevin Bartley (Shanon) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Vicky Lawson (Daniel), Daniel Martin (Tina), David Dobson (Emily), Sierra Ryder (Caileb) and Karah Dobson; her nephew Todd Persinger (Joyce Slye); and her daughter-in-law Kathy Dobson Smith. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
