It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Ruth Ferguson (Covington, Virginia), born in Burlington City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russell and Ruth Mae Lawrence Kelly. She is survived by: her husband John Berkeley Ferguson; and her children, Jules J. Carcanague, Monica Carcanague, Jim Carcanague (Amanda) and Eric Ferguson (Christina) of Covington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four sisters; and a number of nieces and nephews.
