She was predeceased by : her husband William Benson "Bill" Leichter; her parents, Walter Lester Bryant and Flora Lawson Bryant; and her siblings, Johnny Bryant, Billy Bryant and Florence Bryant Snider.
She is survived by : her children, Ronald Dale Leichter (Crystal) and Elizabeth Ann Leichter Higgins (Mack); her grandchildren, Anthony Dale "Tony" Leichter, Christopher Markham and Shelby Elaine Leichter; and her brother Douglas Bryant of Blacksburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
