He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Staton Sr. and Sarah Smith Staton. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Russell Staton; his children, Christopher Staton (Casi) of Covington and Stacy Harris (Sherwin, Sr.) of Springfield, MA; and his sister Pamela Rich of Atlanta, GA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
