He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Williams and Vivian Stone Williams. He is survived by: his wife Hattie Lou Plumley Williams; his sons, Bret Williams (Mary Ann) and Brian Williams (Margaret) of Roanoke; his brother Roger Williams (Anita) of Covington; his granddaughters, Brianna Williams and Zoe Williams; and his niece Heather Williams.
