He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Leo and Shirley Rowe Wright Ferryman; and his siblings, Carla Weese, Joe Ferryman and Carl Wright.
He is survived by: his fiancée Lisa Jones of Covington; his children, Tyler Wright of Roanoke, Tammy of Covington and Greta Tucker of Covington; his brother Leo Wright of Clifton Forge; his uncle Don; his aunt Opal; and his brother-in-law Richard Weese of Covington.
The family suggests memorial donations in Mr. Wright's name be made to the Covington Fire Department at 435 W. Hawthorne St. Covington, VA 24426.
