We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 85, Woodrow Murray Young Jr. (Covington, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow M. Young Sr. and Virginia Via Young; and his brother Donald L. Young. He is survived by: his wife Margie Stone Young of Covington; his children, Michael T. Young (Brigette Young) of Covington, Kevin W. Young of Covington and Renee Y. Gann of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Kevin Young (Laura), Kassie Young, Kelsey Young, Brittany Baker (Adam), Heather Johnson (Chris), Erik Young (Haley) and Daniel T. Miller; and his great grandchildren, Layken Young, Greyson Young, Owen Horton, Adalynn Johnson, Brenna Johnson, Maci Johnson, Sawyer Young, Wrenley Young, Luke Baker and Zeke Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
