He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Andrew and Pauline J. Hamrick Bleigh; his sister Sylvia Brooks; and his grandson William Edward Slone. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Jarvis Bleigh; his daughters, Lisa Schmidt (David) and Leslie Bleigh Slone; his grandchildren, Zachary Landers, Alexia "Chickenneck" Slone and Caleb Slone; his siblings, Betty Thomas, Sondra Robinson and James Bleigh; his sons, Frank Bleigh Jr. and William Bleigh of Ohio; his children-in-law, Richard Thomas and Della Jobe; and his close friends, Gary, Dave Faber (Rhody) and Ralph. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
