He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Bennett and Charles E. Goolsby, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Folks Goolsby; his son Charles "Chad" Goolsby III (Kaleena); his granddaughters, Elely and Adaleena; and his sister Karen Wyatt (Darrell).
