He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Jo Bates; and his grandparents, Myrtle "Sis" Bates Hailey, Ollie Arrington and Millard Lee Bates. He is survived by: his father Jerry "Butch" Hailey (Linda) of Crewe; his sister Katie Hailey; his aunt Sandra Duffey (Jimmy) of Keysville; his uncle Steve "Buster" Hailey (Lindsey) of Crewe; and his cousins, Jason Duffey (Alyssa), Mandy Lawson (Cale), Maegen Hailey and Ryan Hailey.
