She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Strum and Violet Strum; her husband Luther "Pete" Staylor; and her grandson Matthew Carson. She is survived by: her children, Deborah, Roger Carson of Appomattox, Marie and Gary Andrews of Keysville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Poole (Bob) of Crewe, Brian Andrews of Keysville and Forrest Andrews (Fraline) of Virginia Beach; and her great grandchildren, Jonah and Noah Poole of Crewe.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crewe Baptist Church (400 E Virginia Ave, Crewe, VA 23930). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Crewe Baptist Church, Gideons International or to the Crewe Fire Dept.
