She was predeceased by: her grandmother Nana Dawn Moorhouse. She is survived by: her parents, Nate Slate and Elizabeth Slate; her siblings, Cloe Johnson, Rosalynn Slate and Joseph Slate; and her grandparents, Diana Slate, Robin Ranieri, Robert Moorhouse, Scott Feller, Joseph Ranieri and Bill Slate.
