She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Moir Gilley, Sr. and Carrie Etta Moran Gilley; her siblings, Lois "Dimple" Plaster (Musco), Barbara Ann Foley, James Lester Gilley, Rev. Fred Gilley (Jean) and Richard "Junior" Gilley, Jr. (Helen); her brother-in-law Jimmy Hancock; and her close friend Curtis Sawyers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Gilley Hancock and Paul Gilley (Betty); her brother-in-law James Foley; her nieces, Carolyn Simmons and Gay Bryant; Charles and Winnie Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
