She is survived by: her husband Herbert Clinton Diggs, Jr.; her children, Darren Diggs (Sheila) and Donna Stowe (Jody); her grandsons, Daniel Chandler (Kaitlyn), Seth Chandler (Amber), Wesley Diggs and Austin Stowe; her great grandchildren, Cooper Chandler, Sophie Chandler, Adalynn Chandler and Emmett Chandler; and her brother Danny Baxley (Suzanne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Services (129 Howell Ln, Stuart, VA 24171). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations go to the Patrick County Alzheimer's Group or Mountain Valley Hospice Care.
