Kelly (David); his nieces and nephews, Lucas, Caitlyn, Ian and Zachary; his aunt Kate Holthaus; his grandparents, Edward and Paulette Sigulinsky; his aunt Barbara; his uncle Scott Newlin; and his cousin Randy.
