He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Omps and Icy Omps (Puffinberger); his children, Terry W. Omps, Annette Fowler and Patty Jo Haines; and his siblings, Pete Omps, Donnie Omps, Jerry Puffinberger, Bessie Bauer, Minnie Crouse, Martha Holliday, Marie Grimes and Lola Dewease. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
